Profacture specializes in the consumable parts, upgrades, size conversions, service and complete refurbishment of Tegal 9XX systems worldwide. 

  • This refurbishment team is made up of engineers that have rebuilt over 50 Tegal 9XX tools with over 40 years of experience.

  • Profacture is committed to providing cost effective quality parts and service to the surplus equipment customers.

  • We occupy a 2800SF facility just west of Portland Oregon, dedicated to the support and refurbishment of Tegal 9XX systems.

  • Our goal is to deliver equipment that meets or exceeds the original OEM specifications and take pride in offering a warranty with our systems.
