Profacture Corporation is a privately held multi-divisional company with its' primary operations in the field of manufacturing. Headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, it is a leading designer, re-manufacturer and supplier of components, and integrated electromechanical assemblies for a variety of industries. Founded in 2002 to acquire the assets of Semi Parts, Inc. of Fremont, California which specialized in the sales and support of Tegal® 9XX series plasma etchers used in semiconductor chip manufacturing. This acquisition formed the SES Division (Semiconductor Equipment & Spares) and remains the cornerstone of the company. Following the acquisition of Semi Parts the company headquarters was relocated to Beaverton, Oregon in December of 2002. The PCM Division (Precision CNC Machining) and the CMS Division (Contract Manufacturing Services) were formed in 2007. Initially both these entities operated as captive manufacturers to the SES division providing machined/turned parts and complete sub-assemblies. Currently these divisions operate as independent entities offering their products & services not only to the SES Division but many other companies & industries as well. |
