At Profacture we utilize OEM Diagnosis and Test equipment to ensure fast and accurate repair of your 9XX PC Boards. Once the board is deemed repaired it is then installed in one of our fully functional 901e, 903e or 915/965 test beds and ran through various process scenarios to ensure the repair was complete and successful. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours and we also offer loaner or exchanges to reduce downtime.

Field Services

With our extensive inventory, module repairs can be complete within hours in most cases. We maintain complete sub-assemblies of all 9XX modules including Motors, Wiring Harnesses, PC Boards, Valve Assemblies, Etc. These sub-assemblies are built on a daily basis to maintain sufficient inventory on-hand for sales, repairs and refurbishments.

Profacture provides on-site system repairs, conversions, upgrades and installation of Tegal 9XX systems. Repairs are performed quickly by our engineers with extensive 9XX experience. Conversions such as; wafer size change or system change (901→903 or 903→901) are complete on-site with minimal down time.
